It Is Well with My Soul

I praise the Lord for such hymns as these. To know the trials that these precious people of God have faced and yet they still have faith and confidence it the Lord Jesus Christ. What a blessing they have been to us down through the years. What a testimony!!

I absolutely LOVE that hymn! In fact, I did a whole 30-day devotional series on great hymns (prior to copyright laws). I was so blessed to read after great writers who loved the Lord and penned this love in such a beautiful way. I'm glad I found your blog through Baptist Muse!
